Sigma Offshore Ltd is committed to achieving premium quality and hence customer satisfaction in all aspects of our operations. We believe that the way we operate, which is embodied in our systems and procedures, is critical to our objective to be market leaders in the provision of mooring and fluid transfer systems, consultancy and design services to our clients. We have therefore developed a Quality Management System (QMS) which is fully compliant with the ISO 9001:2008 standard.
It is Sigma's policy:
• To operate within a quality management system which completely aligns with the philosophies and requirements of ISO 9001:2008;
• That all procedures and policies embodied in the QMS must be relevant, efficient, simple and effective;
• That all employees in Sigma operate within the QMS;
• To use the QMS to ensure our Clients' requirements are consistently met and that their feedback is used as the fundamental input to our QMS Continuous Improvement Program.
• To seek to continually improve the QMS to ensure it remains a key component in the continued and increasing success of Sigma.
• To review and set the Group Quality objectives on an annual basis as a minimum.
In addition to the QMS Sigma Offshore also have HSE and enviromental management systems.
The Aberdeen-based company, provider of a pioneering mooring and fluid transfer system for oil and gas production vessels, has appointed John Donovan as Vice-President Development Engineering and Mike Fisher as Vice-President Strategic Procurement.
