FPSO
We have extensive experience in the analysis and design of vessel hull structures for FPSOs for both new builds and conversions of existing vessels. This includes motion and response analyses of vessels and mooring systems and linear and non-linear finite element analysis and detailed analysis for fatigue life determination.
Sigma Offshore are also experienced in the design of process decks, flare towers and platforms to support the process equipment and pipework on the decks of FPSOs including the complex issues relating to flexing of the FPSO hull in operating conditions.
Sigma Offshore's FPSO and FPS capabilities in Naval Architecture and structures are supplemented by our multi disciplinary sister company, ClerkMaxwell Ltd.
ClerkMaxwell brings in the process and facilities engineering capabilities to enable us to provide an all round consultancy service to FPSO owners and operators.
